Obinna Okoye

Obinna is a pioneer in remote learning and sees the great opportunities it presents for Africa to leapfrog forward in this era of the 4th industrial revolution. He directs training and development for the use of technologies relevant for the 4th industrial revolution such as Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Learning, Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), 3D Modelling, 3D Printing and Virtual Reality Modelling.

He has a first degree in Chemical Engineering, worked with the World Bank Group in various sectors, culminating in the Global Gas Flare Reduction Partnership of the group. He also has a masters in Business Administration, Certificates in Project Management and Micro Finance. 

As a corporate lecturer he taught finance, strategy and marketing at Harrisburg University Of Technology and at Strayer University, Washington DC. He has extensive experience developing software solutions for industrial and management purposes including economic analysis of industrial plants, financial accounts and inventory management systems, stock market portfolio analysis and reporting etc. 

In his role as Country Coordinator for GEANCO Foundation, he develops the strategy and the strong implementation team that provides orthopedic and laparoscopy surgeries for underserved communities in addition to managing a chain of six maternal and infant care clinics with modern telehealth capabilities for quality care and wide reach. . 

He co-founded the Always-Life Global Campus, a leading online institute that provides advanced medical training in Africa. 

He is the pioneer director of UNILL.   

Anuli ILechukwu

Anuli is a versatile professional with experience in Leadership Program Design, Career Development Program Design and Management. With over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning higher education, nonprofit, and financial services. Extensive leadership background in career services, talent development, and lifelong learning initiatives. At Lagos Business School (AACSB and AMBA accredited), designed and led the MBA Career Development Program.

Demonstrated success in implementing strategic learning programs, including the activation of the Counselling and Career Development Centre of Nnamdi Azikiwe University by training 50+ senior faculty members.

Led the coordination of a remote e-learning program for scholars in a non-profit’s scholarship initiative, ensuring continuity of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Integrated lifelong learning principles by nurturing digital literacy, adaptability, and self-directed learning, equipping scholars with skills for sustained academic and professional growth in an evolving educational landscape

Participated in trainings within and outside the country including the Glowinkowski Leadership Coaching Program, Nigeria and Business Turnaround Program at the University of Cape Town, with additional certifications in leadership coaching and management training. A seasoned program designer with experience delivering youth leadership and career readiness programs that foster employability and lifelong learning. A Certified Coach and Mentor with the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching Nigeria (CICMCN) and an alumna of the Lagos Business School.
